Accomplishments/Continuing Education:
Fellow of the Academy of General Dentists - Fellowship is obtained only after attending over 500 hours of continuing education then passing an examination. Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies - Dr. Willits was the first Indiana Dentist to achieve this level of training. The training includes 9 days of clinical dentistry pertaining to the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry and smile enhancements. Dr. Willits and team competed the 6 day Masters Anterior Esthetics course in August/September 2000. This was a clinical course with actual treatments done, along with a review of the most recent information on smile design and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Willits has trained with some of the world's most prominent Sedation Dental Specialists. He is the first Indiana dentist to receive fellowship through the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.  He is rapidly becoming known as Bluffton Area's leading dentist for people who want to snooze through their dental treatment.
